First we understand. Then we build the path.

  1. 1
    Listen and understand

We gather information about the person, context and priorities.

  2. 2
    Define goals

We turn needs into clear, realistic and meaningful goals.

  3. 3
    Intervene and adjust

We apply strategies, monitor outcomes and review what is needed.

Adaptation is not about making things easier. It is about creating the conditions for each person to show what they know and continue learning.

Education · Inclusion · Fulfilment
