We explain clearly what personal data may be processed through the Luduke website, for what purposes and how you may exercise your rights.

1. Data controller
Luduke is a brand and website managed by HDGest Unipessoal, Lda., which is responsible for processing personal data collected through contacts, information requests, orders and service provision.

2. Data we may process
Depending on your contact, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, selected products or services, payment preference, message content and any other information you decide to provide.
The website does not directly collect bank details, card numbers or payment credentials. The payment method selected in the form is only a preference; payment instructions are communicated later.
3. How the request form works
The products and services form prepares a message on your own device. When you choose email or WhatsApp, the communication opens in that service and is sent only after your confirmation. The website does not maintain its own database containing completed form fields.
When using email, WhatsApp, PayPal or another external service, processing by that provider is governed by its own privacy policy.
4. Purposes and lawful basis
Data is used to respond to requests, answer questions, prepare proposals, manage orders, schedule or provide services, comply with legal obligations and protect the legitimate interests of Luduke and its users.
Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on steps requested before entering a contract, contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent.
5. Children’s data and sensitive information
Some services are intended for children and young people, but contact should be made by their parent, guardian or legal representative. Do not send clinical information, reports, diagnoses or other sensitive data through the open form unless strictly necessary. When required, a suitable method will be provided for sharing such documentation securely.
6. Retention and security
Data is kept only for as long as necessary to respond to the request, manage the contractual relationship and comply with applicable legal periods. Technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information are applied.
7. Sharing and transfers
Data may be processed by providers strictly necessary for communications, hosting or payments. Some providers, such as WhatsApp, email services or PayPal, may process data outside the European Economic Area, using the protection mechanisms described in their policies.
Luduke does not sell personal data or make it available to third parties for their own advertising.
8. Cookies and technical logs
The website does not currently use advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. Preferences selected in the accessibility panel may be stored locally in the browser without being sent to Luduke. The hosting service may retain technical logs essential for security, availability and diagnosis. Loading external resources, such as fonts, may also transmit technical data, including the IP address, to the provider.
9. Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to the processing of your data and, where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise your rights, contact luduke.geral@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The date of the current version appears at the beginning of the page.
